Great first impression of this place - minus a bit of confusion about scheduling but the staff was pleasant. Place is neat and clean, and a complimentary hand rub is given during the haircut, which was new to me but felt good all the same.
Kayla was sweet and seemed fairly knowledgable on what I wanted. I happened to come in on a Saturday when the complimentary shoe shine isn't available - was told I can drop by during the week for one but unfortunately it's a little out of my way and getting around downtown is new to me as a newbie to the area. Overall a good place - with tip it was around $59 and I expected $49 from the website - but you get what you pay for.
