Overall, I thought the Rio was a pretty good value. There are some pro's and con's to it. Our room was clean and it was a pretty good size. I didn't find the bed to be that uncomfortable and slept well. The two biggest negatives with the hotel experience were the wait to check in which took about 10-15 minutes. I'm very impatient. The second negative was the amount of time it took to get out of the hotel on Sunday because all of the elevators were full with everyone leaving at the same time. They also decided to paint the walls near one of the elevators banks in the middle of the day on Saturday which I thought was an odd time to do repair work. This caused a line to ride the elevators. I also couldn't get the WiFi to work but that wasn't a big deal as I didn't need to use it. Most of the staff I encountered were both friendly and helpful. The pool area was pretty nice. Would I go there again? Maybe if the price is good. I'd also like to do the Zip Line next time.
