  • Besides Calgary Ranges being shockingly expensive, this place has a nice facility and I have enjoyed my time there. However we made a booking for a friends birthday for 6 of us to go shooting, we all booked it off, arranged a time, met together, carpooled 30+ min only to walk in to see they had cancelled everybody without notice for some "fundraiser, or function" or whatever word they chose to describe it. I told them we had a booking with only 1 bay required and no Range officer as I could have done it, and could they honour it and squeeze us in for my buddies birthday. They said no and sent us out. I was pretty damn disappointed in the service of this company. Which is a shame because the facility is very nice, despite the super high prices. It's cheaper for you and your friends to buy a gun and shoot it then pay for entry, targets, ammo(plus gun rental fee which is included at a premium)
