  • I was in need of a new mattress set, so, I decided to stop by this location after work. I walked in and then a couple walked in right behind me. The salesman, John, asked if we were all together and I said no we were not together. John totally ignored me and went straight to the couple, introduced himself and shook their hands. I have never had such bad customer service and I am 54 years old...Just terrible. I will make sure that no one I know shops at this location...John needs more customer service training.....No stars from me actually, but, you have to pick at least one!
