It seems dumb to write a review for what is undoubtedly an already highly reviewed restaurant, but Rollin Smoke is so good that it deserves all of the praise it can get.
It's the best BBQ in town and it's not even close. My favorite is the Brisket Dog, but I'll happily get pulled pork or hot links if I'm in the mood. I don't like corn bread, but I could eat RSB corn bread for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It's like corn bread and pound cake hooked up and we get to eat their offspring.
I was really glad to see a change in the layout of the restaurant. It used to be really tough to navigate the small space when it got busy, but now it's much better. I like going when its quiet so I can snag a seat by the TV, otherwise I'll sit in the extra space by the fish tank.
Only negative is that they didn't address the bathrooms when they did the remodel. They are clean, but pretty old and small.
