  • Andy cook was our advisor and rented out our townhome in one day. We paid $2,000 for a two-year lease. Advertising in the R-J was a waste of $344. All the prospective tenants were deadbeats. Andy was very professional. We're managing it ourselves and getting $1,345 monthly. Why pay a middleman when I've been a landlord since 1974. I called and left a message with Evan since Andy doesn't work there any more because I have another property to rent and never heard back from them. What kind of a business doesn't follow up?
