  • I'm disappointed to give this double wide a less than stellar review. I have enjoyed the south side and mars locations but find myself out near Irwin a lot lately so I was excited that it opened. Mostly the negatives are service oriented, particularly bar tender service / attitude. The food and beers are great - except that the constantly run out of a few favorite beers ( "oh that just kicked" I hear way too often ) and don't stay on top of that. Biggest problem is that I have noticed, after a few visits sitting at the bar, that a couple of the women bartenders are cliquey with their locals to the point of neglecting or giving attitude to a pop-in customer. They have long ignored me in and given me attitude when they finally came over to see what I wanted, more than once. That's not something I've seen in other double wides myself. It certainly makes me think twice about stopping and that's something I'd think the management would want to know. Others I was with on my recent visit who live in Irwin felt the same.
