I will start out with the positive. Nachos were tasty with a ton of cheese, not cheap at $16 but kudos to the kitchen for loading it up. Service was ok.
The main issue I had was that I ordered a whiskey neat and as per their menu I expected 1.5oz. it looked light in the glass but it was dark, once I got it in my mouth I would bet my life it was closer to 3/4 an oz (maybe less), very disappointing and because of this I will never recommend this place nor go back. This is the oldest scam in the book. I would give them zero stars if I could.
Add: I got an email back from someone at the Firkin, Scott - no last name or title telling me the shot should have been 1oz and he is sure it was measured out properly. That appears to be contrary to what the Firkin's own menu states (a shot of spirits = 1.5oz's). Kudos for the Firkin for defending their position so poorly. My advice to your company is to take customer service a little more seriously.
