  • Okay, this place is seriously a joke. I had a manager reach out to me and she never replied back. We finally received the statement to our final bill...so I call and ask them to break it down because they stated we would only be charged for the days we stayed, but I am noticing more charges and even the rep on the phone said she didn't understand it and said she would call me back...guess what? I still have not received a call back about the final bill and why we were charged. The rep stated my question was a good one and complicated one, but all I asked was for her to break it down for me. PLEASE AVOID apartment 2119, the guy below you will smoke you out of your home...I could you not if you go into the bathroom be prepared to get lung cancer from second hand smoke. If you contact the manager, Raechel she will not call you back, but she will email you, about a month later to tell you there is nothing they can do about it. I wish I could give this place no stars because I would like to help people avoid living here...possibly the worst management I have ever dealt with in any industry. Raechel tried to show concerns but never replied back to me on here, she just wanted to show people on here that she has reached out, but only did so once. PLEASE AVOID APARTMENT 2119, THAT IS YOUR FINAL WARNING.
