| - I ordered on a Monday. I kept checking the status of my order for shipment, but by Friday morning, it still hadn't been processed. That morning, I contacted their customer service to ask about the delay - they said the item MAY be out of stock, and they would get back to me. There was no indication of this when I ordered originally!
Nevertheless, I waited until the following Monday afternoon to inquire about my order again (they never followed-up). On Tuesday, I was told that my order would be processed and shipped ASAP. Since I live in California, I knew this was already too late for the event I was planning to attend that Saturday, so the order was really pointless.
THEN, on Wednesday, I got another email: "This item is out of stock, sorry!" :/
While their customer service is personable and friendly (they gave me $15 store credit after all this), their lack of communication and disorganization is pretty bad. The rep I was speaking with also told me "our shipping manager forgot about your order - we're all human, right??" While I, personally, would understand that excuse, that's hardly a professional way to handle a bad situation.
Wish I could have tested out their product!
