Visited this hotel for the Las Vegas Toy Convention today Saturday February 24th 2018
This hotel was a poor choice and a horrible location choice for the con. It smelled of cigarettes, weed and booze. The Hotel Staff didnt even know that there was a convention going on or if they did, they didnt know where it was being held at in the hotel.
Now the rest of this review is about the Las Vegas Toy Con itself, seeing as they dont respond to facebook or any other social media.
It was advertised as a Toy Convention, not an artist alley and crafts swap meet. Who ever is the new person or new blood in charge as you advertise on your website for the convention please get your stuff together and actually have vendors that sells toys and collectibles not homemade jewelry and soap or people trying to sell house windows.
Your Staff poorly handled this con. There was no signage to find your way to the con or around the con and hotel itself. No one was manning the table to purchase wrist bands when there was already a huge line and wait ready to purchase them at the con.
There was no security checking bags at all. You would think with recent events that there would have been security checking bags for attendee safety.
The Con staff didnt even know where anything was. There was never anyone checking for wrists bands as we walked in on either level. The casino itself was less then 10 feet away from what toys were available on the main floor.
It was a waste of money for my family and I and we regret coming to your convention.
