I shop here just about every 2-3 months. When you are a business owner & deal with over 50- 100 people a day, you make some great friends & friend's friend.
It's a first...when asked for 2 seperate gift receipt because it's going to 2 different places, she states she didn't know gift receipt is needed & acted frustrated & it was my fault for not asking for gift receipts. Then asked for manager's assistance. The manager, I think.... must have known this one lady makes too many mistakes or something & said "it's you, of course!"
Didn't feel too comfortable hearing that but instead of 2 gift receipt, just got one.
I guess I have to make a copy & cut out what deoesn't belong to them & explain the situation....?
After spending over $700 to be treated as such or as if they don't want my business, I guess maybe Baby R Us might appreciate it more for a business.
They seriously need to train better and someone without an attitude!!!
