  • I am writing this review after having to put 2 of my dogs down in less than a year. The heart ache has been awful. I wanted to write something about Karolina Preisner, DVM, I have to point her out, as I have seen 3 different providers at this facility. She is the most kind, understanding and gentle provider I have experienced at a veterinary office. After she helped me put down my 15 1/2 year old that had cancer on Valentines Day this year, she even went so far to send me a handwritten card giving her condolences and support. I have never felt so touched. She even remarked about the relationship that my pet and I had, personal things. It made me cry but out of happiness. It is nice to know that there are still warmhearted people out there that will go above and beyond. She is wonderful. Thank you Karolina.
