I'm really surprised at the reviews for this location. Tonight is the 2nd time I've been to this location and here is my review (I tried to post on the main T-Mobile site and they wouldn't allow it)-
I've had issues with T-Mobile and the way they don't give loyal customers the same deals as new customers but I will say that I went to a T-Mobile store tonight and I will give a HUGE shout out to Ismael at the T-Mobile in NLV@ the Sam's/Lowe's shopping area. He went over my options honestly and in the end I felt NO pressure. He really did have MY best interests in mind. He said go home and think about it. My bill would go up nearly $200 per month for me to get the BOGO, change plans, and add a line. This is actually really ridiculous for a loyal customer but that's T-Mobile for ya. No rewards for the loyals. Main motivation for this post was to recognize Ismael. He's a keeper and I hope he does well in his future endeavor's.
