Came in with tennis elbow and inflammation; so tender I couldn't lift a cup of coffee! It doesn't take long to see results. Started 3X per week with daily exercises on my own and got better fast. The front desk staff are courteous and engaged, the techs are good too--although a few are better than others. The PT's are awesome. I worked with Layne but they all seem really good. Patients range from teens with sports injuries to the elderly with knee replacements so all are welcome. Mondays were super busy though so be warned. I liked Saturdays because it's quieter.
I'm starting on a path of fitness due to the enthusiasm and encouragement from this team--so for me it worked wonders.
