  • BOOM... I had serious flat tire - always a major bummer. Life happens and flat tires happen. I get it. It's 105+ degrees outside - It's scorching - I'm in a my work attire (dress), I have a flat tire and I need help ASAP. I was in a pickle. Who did I call? AAA Thank heaven for AAA superheroes. AAA flat tire angels. Seriously, they're angels. I called the number on the back of my membership card and I had AAA Tow Truck and friendly mechanic (Ian) within 30 mins. I even received text location updates to keep me updated on his arrival time. Ian changed my tire within 10/15 mins and I was on my way. Their service was phenomenal from the moment I called them to the moment I drove off --- easy peasy... lemon squeezy. My membership has paid for itself. Over and over again (2nd flat tire in the past year). I also receive discounts at hotels, Gap Factory, and Banana Republic Factory stores (Google the Lifehacker article that that highlights all the places you can save at with a AAA membership). They even have options which would reimburse you for hotels if your traveling and have an incident like this. They offer roadside service in anyone's car--even if you're a passenger. They even have a DMV Kiosk in their office and you can complete your car registration - hassle free - in and out. AAA is peace of mind and has helped me out of my flat tire pickles. I implore you to check em' out if you want the same piece of mind. If you drive and wouldn't want to be stranded in the heat to change a flat tire in the middle of a Las Vegas summer... call them and get a membership. They're there when you need them. They're there with a smile. AAA wins my affection. Period.
