I went in to Henry's today to purchase a camera my husband had chosen yesterday. I had a printout with all the information. The salesperson who had helped him was with another customer, and there was a second customer waiting for him as well.
I asked a second salesperson if she could help me, and she said I needed to wait for the salesperson who had sold the camera to my husband. There was a third salesperson who didn't have any customers for the entire half an hour I waited. I understand the need for salespeople to be credited for a sale they have made, but an agreement amongst staff to provide basic service to a customer returning to make a designated purchase would provide much better service.
