Updated!!! So after speaking with Erica their customer service rep she has completely gone above and beyond to make sure we were happy with everything. She refunded us the overcharge as well as the coupon and reimbursed us for our dog food and treats. This place really knows how to make things right. This is great customer service!! We will def bring our babies back here for our next vacation!
I am so sad to be writing this review since we have taken our dogs before and never had any issues. I used to take my dogs to the Gilbert location and it was always a positive experience. This time we tried out the new chandler location and it was not a good experience. We dropped off 2 Maltese babies for 5 days stay while we went on vacation. I bought them a 5 lb bag of dog food and a brand new bag of dog treats. That way they would have more than enough dog food for their stay. The morning I was supposed to pick them up I got a call from them saying they ran out of dog food and if they could feed them their food. Both my dogs suffer from terrible food allergies so that was completely out of the question, my question is how do 2 small Maltese girls eat a whole 5 lb bag of dog food in 5 days? Something just doesn't add up. They also finished the entire treat bag as well. Seriously? Then when we got home we realized we were overcharged by a day. We also had a groupon coupon that they never applied. My sister in law brought her dog too here same weekend and when she picked her up her dog had kennel cough and a tick. Wow this place has really gone down I'm not a happy customer anymore
