Front desk clerical workers do not check your insurance information before they decide to book appointments. If I was aware first of what I can and can not do with my insurance. I wouldn't have booked a cleaning with them. I received a phone call saying I owed money when they never told me that my appointment wasn't covered under my insurance in the first place. You guys need to make sure you're following procedures.
They also cannot keep track of their appointments since one of mine also wasn't on file when I had to drive down there as well. Worst dentist I've ever been to and won't be returning. I've paid more out of pocket due to the idiocy of the staff not checking and doing the correct procedures first before having a patient in.
As I was reading previous reviews, I'm not the only one who's complained. Seeing that they've changed their name also shows that there's been bad reviews in the past.
Please hire staff that's certified and knows what they're actually doing.
