My boyfriend bought a Mazda 3 Touring 2 months ago and about 4 weeks in, it started melting! First the front bumper and now the mirrors. When we tried to call to take the car in, we were told we had to come in when the manager was there as he is the only one who can look at it. Mind you, we bought the extended warranty and were told that at any time, if there were any problems, we only had to bring it in. We are trying to take it in today and he called while he was on his way there. He was told they couldnt take the car as the manager isnt there! When he told them what he was promised, the woman that answered the phone responded to this fact that she couldnt help what the salesmen say. Now, we are going to have to take time and energy out of our lives to try and get them to abide by the warranty. Don't buy a Mazda. This has not happened with our other cars--its crazy. And if it doesnt melt, god forbid the manager ever gets sick or goes on vacation because, apparently, the entire department shuts down.
