  • This place gets a lot of 3 stars, but I am giving them the 4th star for being open on CHRISTMAS day. They are also open on New Years, and Thanksgiving (but closes early). We went outside of the box and didn't get Pho. If you are feeling adventuresome, order Bo Nhung Ram, which is a build your own spring rolls and cook your own meat. It was so tasty, and done with plenty of veggies and sides. Good as any place in Bolsa. Bun Thit Nuong, the meat was grilled to perfection, bun was soft, veggies are fresh Goi Cuon - spring rolls. 4 stars, Peanut sauce was 3 stars Thank you for opening up in the South East of Las Vegas so I didn't have to drive 30 minutes to Spring Mountain Road to get vietnamese food. I don't mind the 50's diner thing, just happy you were open Christmas day to break up all the Ham/Turkey meals we were eating at parties.
