This is going to be interesting. If it was only the look, I'd give it 4 stars for being beautiful. It's a fun-USA-Anywhere kinda place. I'd give it 5 stars except the blueberry muffins we had were so dry and forgettable. The coffee stands out - I asked- turns out its Cartel so that's a big plus. (Shoutout to buddy and Cartel roaster, Daniel Noffsinger)
But this is going to be interesting. I saw OSB (muffins were better), Red Hut and recently People Pizza Pub Start and stall with the slick Tempe franchise feel. Roosevelt Row is so unique with an unique culture. But there are indeed hundreds of new people, unrelated to Roosevelt-Arts history moving downtown.
Breakfast spot?
Vovomina , Matt's Big Breakfast and Phoenix Public Market are within walking distance.
RoRo not spoken here. So we'll see.
