| - This place is the BIGGEST scam I have ever seen! I moved in just 6 months ago and these are the problems that still exist. Take a look at all of the other reviews They are correct. Here is the deal: Even after several requests, the management ignores habitability complaints which breaks several laws of which I'll list below.

Dear Gabrielle,
There is an urgent matter I need to report to you as one of Elysian's
tenants. When given a list of inventory for this apartment
I marked several issues that have just been completely ignored.
The reason for contacting you is because
every representative I've reported this to simply did nothing.
As of my being here now 8 days, this matter has come
to a dead-end and I seem to be paying rent for something
I am clearly not getting which I'm clearly entitled to
as a resident.

moved. Can they make this more sturdy? The KITCHEN
light fixtures are also not in alignment.

my fire alarm keeps beeping even when I take out the batteries. Additionally, my washing machine ALSO doesn't get ANY hot water. EVER. It is set at "hot" and it only gets luke warm/ coldish. This is another problem being that my clothes need to get cleaned and can't because it isn't even hot. Not being able to do my laundry is unacceptable as well.

KITCHEN SPRAYS ALL OVER
Hi Alevia,
My kitchen and bathroom faucet(s) come out with so much pressure that if I am trying to rinse anything it makes water spray everywhere. This problem has been there since the beginning of my lease. Can someone come out and fix this?

Hello? I've given you several days and times to come in yet no response?
My dishes are PILING up, it is causing a build up of dirt and other messes
in the kitchen. PLEASE tell me WHEN you are coming in!
