rev:text	I won't be returning to this reflexology place again for the following reasons: 1. We made a couples 75-minute massage appointment for 5:30PM, in which we arrived at 5:28PM & was promptly taken to a semi-private room. However, the male masseuse stated that it'll be 10 more minutes until our session. That was annoying, but at least the female masseuse apologized to us for waiting. The actual time we waited was 15-minutes. If they didn't have a 5:30pm appointment, just be honest w/ the customers; and offer a later appointment time! 2. During the session, I told my male masseuse to lighten up the pressure on my left leg due to it being tender from a prior injury. He completely ignored my request (I even clearly told him my request in Mandarin-Chinese!!), so I had to remind him again. My masseuse also had to leave twice during the middle of the massage session to attend to the incoming customers. I thought it was immensely unprofessional for him to leave in the middle of the session. I would have overlooked it, if he sincerely apologized, but he didn't have any manners nor professionalism. 3. When we were checking out at the cash register, we tipped each masseuse $10.00, which is equivalent to 25% of the cost of the massage, and the female masseuse didn't even thank us; she acted like we were being parsimonious!! REALLY??! In sum, I personally will NOT return again. And the reason why I didn't give this place 2-stars was because my husband liked the pressure level from his massage. Second reason was that they included hot stone massage as part of the 75-minute package.
