I came on a day they weren't expecting much traffic so the menu was a bit condensed. I was still able to order a lot of food however. I got a brisket sandwich, 2 ribs, baked beans and cornbread. I had takeout so I wasn't able to avail myself of the wall of sauces which in my opinion were a required addition to the sandwich. Coming to a barbecue like this though, I expect the meat to be plenty seasoned and not require an external sauce. If there is any sauce, I want it cooked in. The ribs were a bit dry, but tasty and the beans and cornbread were wonderful.
I'm sure to come back though as I have high hopes for this place and although I wasn't blown away, the large meal I had ordered was gone in less than 10 minutes.
