  • Update: Not long after writing this review my account was cleared and taken care of. The manager even called me a few days later to ensure me that everything went through, my account was cancelled, zeroed out and removed from their collections. Took forever, but I am just relieved and happy they finally resolved this issue. Moved up to 2 stars because they resolved the issue. Had I not had to go through so much to get the issue resolved I would have given more stars as the gym itself is decent.
