  • The Rudest woman at front desk. I called from airport and it took forever for them to answer phone. Told her I needed hotel transport from airport. Before I could say anything she hangs up on me babbling something about gate 8? I stand outside for 20 minutes at 1130pm in a strange city. I go to check inn the woman gives the people in front of me tons of snacks. I ask her for the Hilton Award snacks bc I was starving n nothing was opened. She acted like I was raiding her pantry. Finally she gives me a bag of pretzels and a Diet Coke with a lot of attitude. My coworkers could not believe the treatment we received. She is annoyed we are checking in late... The other girl started counting down her drawer....no thank you and She doesn't tell me about breakfast... Nothing but attitude. My company spends a ton putting us up here when We travel n I can't imagine this type of service from Hilton. Very disappointed and I hope she doesn't own it.
