rev:text	My experience over the past 2 years have not been good. I will be seeking another dentist. They continually change my appointment dates or times. They have changed my contracted dental amount once it was agreed on. They over charged. I showed them my contract I took home. They claimed that one was incorrect and charged me an additional 300. This made me feel very uncomfortable with trusting them. But I thought I would give them another chance. I had an appointment scheduled for the last week in oct they said the dentist would be out of town and would need to reschedule me in November. On Monday I receive a call stating that they needed my updated insurance. I told them I would call on Tuesday with the information. On Tuesday they called to confirm the time and insurance. I had 2 appointments with them for that day. One for orthodontist and one for cleaning. They checked and said one appoint was at 1130 and the other at 500. I told them I would prefer both appointments to be the same time as I did not want to spend all day at the dentist. I also told them my insurance would contact them direct with insurance account. They agreed and moved both appointments to 1130. My insurance agent called and confirmed that he had spoke with Star and they had all my insurance. On Wednesday. I show up and they claim they do not have me scheduled for any appointments at 1130, nor do they have my insurance. After 30 minutes of reviewing my account they found that one of my appointments was 1130 moved from 5 but the orthodontist appoint was a full week away. Star said she spoke with my insurance agent but he was to fax something in and she never saw it and I was not notified it was never received. I explained how very inconvenient this was as I just took off and took my child out of school as a favor to allow the dentist to take off from my original October appointment which was at our preferred time after 4. After re-explaining the comedy of error to a third receptionist they went and spoke with the doctors and they decided they would see her. They took her back then told me they would do the cleaning first. While the cleaning occurred the orthodontist team would take lunch and then see my daughter right after lunch. I figured okay. It's 12 now. 1 they will be back from lunch and we will be done by 130 max. At 230 they told me they just had to put the wires back in and we would be done. From 1130 to 300 for a simple clean and wire and band change. My daughter said she sat in the chair for an hour and half before work happened. The worse part they tried to make me feel like this was all my fault and they had just went way above and beyond and I should triple check my appointments if I didn't want this type of error to occur in the future. While sitting there I also saw two of the receptionist disagree about lunch schedule. One was trying to accommodate the other and the other just wants to control the younger one. The entire time a third one is trying to listen to the disagreement and book appointments at the same time. During that time I over hear her make several date error. This office is not professional. I will be seeking a new dentist.
