  • I've been a patient for 10 years now. I've gone in three times a year for cleaning, had a few crowns replaced and have been very please with the pleasant and professional service. I've had many dentists over my 70 years but I wanted to share with you what makes Rolfe Family Dentistry different. This last month I had a crown come unglued. No big deal, happens every few years, but this time was different. The crown didn't come unglued, the tooth had actually broken off at the gum line leaving nothing to glue it back on to. After explaining the options we decided to go for a bridge. That procedure required that the broken tooth be taken out. In my case that procedure became very difficult because the roots were anchored in tight. Dr. Nic made a very professional call to terminate the procedure and send me down the street to an oral surgeon. He explained that it was getting beyond his expertise and he didn't want to cause any damage. The oral surgeon struggled for an hour before finally getting it out. Dr. Nic followed up with the oral surgeon and called me at home that evening to check on me. In the past I have had dentists, that when faced with a problem, would forge on and we both ended up the worse for it. It takes a real professional and compassionate man to make this type of call and reflects great credit on behalf of himself and Rolfe Family Dentistry. You can find a dentist anywhere.
