  • The craftsmen that work with this company are great. However, we are more than displeased with the sales and design team. Ray showed up promptly to give us a bid on our bathroom remodel project. They were also prompt to make a design appointment, but they actually did NOTHING to help us with the project. We had find our own design inspirations, tile ,tub, plumbing accessories, etc. Ray consistently failed to show up or even return phone calls. We felt bad for the craftsmen that were left with no guidance or plans. As homeowners, we were forced to make on the spot decisions that should have been made in the design process. They provided no specs or guidance whatsoever to the craftsmen. I would give the craftsmen 5 stars, but negative stars to Ray and design people.
