Opposite to most banks, I would say the bank tellers at this particular US Bank are much more hardworking, efficient, and useful than the personal bankers (those that have their own 'desk' and help you open an account.
When I make a deposit or withdraw, the bank tellers are always very quick and professional. However, every time I have a specific question and need to go to the personal banker, they just seem a lot more unprofessional and seem like they hate their job. I went to this branch to switch my account to a different type and there were two personal bankers, both at their 'office/desk.' One was chatting on her phone and the other was just looking at her nails. After awhile, they finally noticed that I was there for them before they seated me. Although the service portion went smooth and they did everything they needed to for me, it seems like everytime I come to this bank, the personal bankers are a lot less focused than the tellers (and aren't they the higher paying ones?!)
