| - I think the people in this store are great, but I really have to remove a point because T-Mobile's system is so HORRIBLE. I have had an account for my phone with T-Mobile for months, and I went into the store to add an Apple Watch. Not changing my account, just ordering an Apple Watch to add. Simple right. The model I wanted wasn't in stock, but they could order it and ship it to the store overnight. Easy right? They have my address info obviously, so it should be a matter of a few key clicks and the new watch is in-the-way. So why did this take latterly more than 30 minutes? They don't seem to have my address, or my e-mail, even though when I log into my account its right there, so why can't the store see it? Its just a bit ridiculous how many hoops the store people must jump through to do the simplest things. I remember when I got my original phone, with my wife, that actually took 2 1/2 hours, I am NOT exaggerating. I have definitely purchased an automobile quicker. TWO and a HALF hours to get two phones??
Then to add this Apple Watch required them to send me several documents one of which I had to sign on my phone and send back. When I left the store I never even had a piece of paper in my hand with the model of Apple phone ordered. I had to wait to get home and sift through all this paperwork to find it. Just ridiculous. This store was good, but I don't think I would ever recommend T-Mobile for this very reason. Terrible terrible customer experience, not due to the store personal, but because of T-Mobile. Horrible Horrible.
