One of the better National locations I've been to, but Emerald Aisle selection is hit or miss. I've been out there twice in the last 4 weeks and the first time it was almost all SUVs (perfect since I was traveling with a coworker who was arriving on a later flight) but the second trip was all relatively small vehicles. I'm 6'1" and not exactly thin, so having a tiny car on my own is hard enough. But I was traveling with 2 other coworkers on that trip, so things were a bit more cramped than I had hoped. Although that's really the gamble you make with the Emerald Aisle - different experience every time depending on when you land and how many other folks land with you. The only people I've ever even seen out there haven't spoken to me, so I can't say much about customer service, although I suppose I've never needed it. If I did, I'd have to go inside instead of the booth that's right next to the cars - not sure what that's about. The cars themselves are always clean and run well. Haven't had a bad experience yet.
