  • VERY upset! I called to make an appointment for a haircut with Brittany Gonzalez and I wanted to know if she had availability for that same day but she did but refused to take me because she didn't have an assistant. Seriously? You're a licensed cosmetologist and can't do a simple haircut without your assistant.? That's insane. However, I didn't complain I simply said ok can I schedule an appointment with her for another day and the woman whom I was speaking on the phone with said "you can just text her" with a tone as if it was inconvenient for her to schedule me in. Again, I didn't say anything I simply hung up and texted Brittany Gonzalez for an appointment for a haircut and NO ANSWER (yes it is the right number I checked) which is simply rude! I won't ever recommend anyone to this salon or to Brittany Gonzalez. Since they are "famous" in social media they truly do not care about quality service because they know people will still come but it's a scam. They make the salon look amazing online when in reality it is not. What a shame!!
