  • Yikes! Awful experience. My husband is a popular guy, in lots of weddings in the last couple years and he's an unusual size -- 44 Long. During the pickup just 3 short days ago at the Waterfront location - for which he was measured 16 weeks ago - I asked "why is this thing like a trash bag on my handsome stud", their response of "oh sorry, nothing we can do about it" was a complete lie. "We can't alter rentals, sorry". You see, on the return label I noticed the jacket was a 48L. Remember I said he's actually a 44Long? Men's Wearhouse on of the Waterfront gave my husband a tux not one, but TWO FULL SIZES TOO LARGE. Future grooms -- rent your tux from a local provider. Or, better yet, send your groomsmen to a professional tailor to get measured for free. Then, order your tuxes online from Vietnam. You'll get a tux to keep for the same price as a rental from a craptastic wage slave in the US.
