  • Renters look no further!!!! This review is long overdue. I have been a resident here since June 2014. Coming from a 3 bedroom house this collection of multiple 1-2 bedroom units truly offers all the comforts of home. Aside from offering the most spacious floor plans in Las Vegas, the luxurious interiors, and high end club house/fitness/business center, etc..... what really sets this place apart is the level of service you get from each and every administrative and maintenance staff member. The problem I have found with most properties is that the service you get prior to signing your lease is not the service you get once you've become a resident. I can tell you that everyone in the office is Top Notch! April, Megan, Rhonda, Vanessa, all the way up to the property manager Lisa. In my dealings with these ladies they have always been so pleasant, courteous, and efficient. And they have a vested interest to really make you feel "at home" living there. In the past two years I have never been encountered with unruly neighbors or signs of any crime within the community. Most of your neighbors are of an upscale demographic and always so friendly towards one another. I hope my review has made impact on your decision should this property be one that you are considering. Trust me, you would be making the right choice by selecting Mountain Gate/Mountain Trails Apartment your new home.
