#DownEast Home & Clothing I recently purchased a sectional and coffee table from you E. Mesa store on Hampton. I called last week and spoke to the manager Pam about the scratches on the $400. table. I text her the picture of the table and scratches. Told her I wanted it replaced. She said she would call back and today is Tuesday no return call and I had to call. She of course was not in and the girl on the phone said she would have her call me. But before I could give her my name and number she basically hung up on me!!!
After spending $2600 in your store I would think i would of received better customer service....
