  • Took my truck in to get an oil change and wash. Lube guys were quick and respectful. The car wash side was not so much.. they rushed the vacuum job and missed a bunch of stuff, they missed half my dash and windows. The main issue was inside, someone complained to them about the vacuum guy who was the only one working to be fair and the cashier basically told the customer complaining that the sales guys are not authorized to vacuum.. like you have to pass a test to vacuum a car! The customer told them he was going to give them 1 star and she didn't seem to give 2 shits.. definitely need to work on their customer service and maybe having more vacuum guys and not 75 sales people standing around.
