Wow, I should have came sooner to check this place out because it is definitely one of the better boba places here in the valley. It is located on the same strip mall as Cafe Sanuki and Gyu-kaku, but on the way other side. It's also right in between two closed stores. Plenty of parking and never really a line for milk tea! That's a winning so far in my book.
My one complaint is how drinks differ between plastic medium cups and paper medium cups. Why are some drinks placed in a paper cup and some plastic? I have no idea.
Anyways the positives of this place are the drinks are super flavorful even when you opt for 30% sugar. I love places where they offer the less sugar/less ice. It feels much more customizable. So far I have had the signature milk tea (ultimate taste test) and it was phenomenal. Just the right amount of tea and milk. Also had matcha milk tea and they seriously use legit matcha powder. You can see t settle at the bottom, before you shake your drink up.
Unique toppings to this place is the golden boba. Basically, regular boba but with the tint of gold. It's not too chewy where you also get a crunch, but just right. And opt for the crystallized boba which has a nice crunch if you like that. It's a bit more than a regular topping at 75cents.
I forgot to mention that the drinks are super reasonably priced! I mean $4 for drink and boba is rare to come by in the valley. So that's definitely another plus in my book.
I've been definitely choosing this place as my go to even if it means I have to drive 20-30 minutes for it. Why does Chinatown have to be so far from me. Guess it could be a good thing. Otherwise I'd have no money haha
