  • So where do I begin with this company. I came in to put a rush order in for 24 shirts. This was on a Wednesday. I told them I need the shirts by 1pm the following Monday. They guaranteed they would have it to me. While I was building the art for the shirts the girl who was helping me didn't seem to know what she was doing. That should have been a sign. I told the company I needed to ship the order before 5pm Monday so I need it by 1pm. They were very quick to make shallow promises and take full payment from me. The day of the delivery come. I get no phone call. I call the company at 3pm. They say they will call me back in 10min. I call the company at 330. They say they will call me back again. I call the company at 4. They say it will arrive 4:30. Mind you I have to ship the product by 5pm. I arrive at the company at 4:20. I find myself waiting for my product until 4:50 p.m. What's worse, the product was not designed way that I had specified it. The girl said my logo would be a very small tag on the back of the shirt and it ended up being a 4 by 5 huge thing that made the shirt look ugly . I will never ever use this company again they are the worst at making what they're supposed to make on a professional level. Update. Looked at the shirts. They were cracked and the print was uneven. Went back to the store and fought my way into a refund. The owner was very rude.
