I wanted to write about the exceptional service I received from AAA employee, Andres. I came out from work to find a dead battery last week. I called AAA and was expecting it to take hours for someone to come out like it did the last time I had used the service several years before for a flat tire. To my pleasant surprise, I heard from Andres within 10 minutes and he showed up in less than another 10 minutes. He was very sweet with a friendly personality - he even let me charge my phone in his truck as my phone battery was almost dead too. Andres was very efficient and diagnosed the issue and we changed out the battery in under 20 minutes (if even that) and I was on my way to the Honda dealer (car was new and needed routine service anyway). When I got to Right Honda, the service guy told me the battery would have been under warranty given my low mileage and he suggested I call AAA back since I had just had the battery replaced. I called Andres who checked and said sure he could come to the dealership and do a refund/get the battery back so I could save the $160. I told him how grateful I was for this and felt bad he had to come back to do this but he said "we just want to take care of you as our customer". No one hardly ever says this anymore and it was so nice! As promised Andres came back and along with the great service guy Daniel and team at Right Honda we changed out the battery in no time saving me money. This experience with Andres has really changed how I feel about AAA and I hope he will get recognized for the superior service he showed me on this day!
