  • I had a wonderful experience here today. After attempting and failing to box color my hair, I needed a color correction. I tried to bleach my hair at home and ended up with yellow cheetah spots. My appointment was at 9 and Gretchen brought me back at 9. She didn't criticize what I had done. Instead she knew exactly how to fix it. The conversation was great and the other people who work here are very friendly. It usually takes 2-3 hours for a full highlight and cut for me but because of the mess I had made of my head, I was there for 4 hours getting it fixed properly with out damaging my hair. Because Gretchen didn't know exactly what she was getting into before I came in, she set aside enough time to give me her full attention. In the end my hair turned out great and I was shocked when they told me the final price. The amount of time spent on my hair and the amount of foils (which was a TON) still came out to less than I expected. If I wasn't moving out of state in a week I would be coming here again and again. Thank you!!!
