  • Terrible servive. I had been going for over a year to get my b12 shots. Then the front desk team changed as of lately. The admin people have no clue what they are doing. I scheduled my next four appointments and when I show up they start telling me they dont take walk ins and that I dont have any appointments. They made me feel like I was taking something from them. When in fact they have taken my money and have failed to provide me with the services I bought. They have lots of office drama there. It bums me out because I sent them two referrals and they treat me shitty. I don't understand how I'm supposed to finish my shots and they dont actually book my appointments like I asked. Its sad. Im very disappointed. Im all about referrals and I have a terrible taste in my mouth about this mess. I dont recommend this clinic you may not get all the shots you're supposed to get. Bummer. Feeling robbed.
