Dr.Anderson is so sweet and her compassion for animals shows through her work.
I brought my 8 year old beagle in because her gums were pale and she was not acting herself.
Right away, Dr.Anderson did all the required tests to try and find an answer. I brought her in at about 2 pm and it was about 930pm and dr still did not know what was wrong.
She did ultrasounds to check for tumors. Nothing. She pretty much (I don't wanna say forced, but I kind of was except in a good way) to take promise (my beagle) to a specialist in the critical care unit (which is far from this clinic). I said ok.
Dr Anderson transported Promise even though she was supposed to be off at 9 and even followed up about Promise and genuinely cared about her wel being.
Promise would have passed if it wasn't for Dr Anderson admitting that she was not trained thoroughly enough to perform the surgery. Although she said she would have done the exploratory surgery anyway.
But long story short, Promise had an exploded tumor on her adrenal gland which was causing her to have internal bleeding.
I called dr Anderson and thanked her. She said she was glad we went this path because she is not trained to perform surgery on the Adrenal gland!
I highly recommend Dr.Anderson. So sweet and caring, compassionate and honest!
