  • Expect that if you use this dealership for service, they will not take responsibility for any damage they may cause. Took my sonata in to have a simple recall inspection. When it was returned the windshield had a large crack in it. The Service Director Bob Nezdoba refused to accept any responsibility even though I overheard one of the techs admit to Bob it could have happened during the car wash after the inspection.
