  • No one likes when their computer crashes. What do I do, where do I go, how do I get it fixed, have I lost everything? Just some of the questions you might be asking yourself, along with, why didn't I back everything up. There are no guarantees you're going to recover your data. But if you're looking for a place to get the work done, head over to Staples Etobicoke and find Conrad at the EasyTech desk. Conrad has saved me from disaster on several occasions, today being the most recent, when my Dell computer (2 years old, so yea, last Dell I'll be buying) hard drive crashed. After just over 24 hours, my computer is back in my hands, my data restored and a new hard drive (much quieter than the original -- like this one is silent vs the grinder Dell provided) installed and Windows up and running. Sure, I have to reinstall some programs, but it's a small price to pay considering I have all my stuff back and the computer is fully operational. Thank you Conrad, and all the friendly the staff at easytech for helping me out again. Your work and dedication is very much appreciated.
