  • My boyfriend and I were stuck in a situation, Rian & Justin were more than willing to help us figure out a solution. While we waited we watched how they performed tasks and customer service with their daily customers and it was more than excellent! By what we saw, I can say that they had some of the best customer service I've ever had even though our situation was unrelated. We were on in Vegas for a few days and they made our stay not so stressful when we were confronted with a situation we thought was a lost cause. If you're looking for a ups store with great customer service this one is definitely the one you need to go to!
