  • Used to frequent this trop smoothie 5 times a week. After they hired new employees the smoothies became inconsistent, the wait times outrageous, and just wasn't worth the time. Perhaps they all have gotten into a groove finally and figured out how to manage the establishment but usually it seems understaffed or the staff that's on is just under trained.
