  • If i could rate today's experience lower, I would. Not sure what has happened at this location, but if Hector is the best front-end person, you can erase my history and any future business. He is rude, speaks over his customers assuming he knows the question and has the tact of a cactus. Sorry, Dennis. He has totally UNDONE your hard work at earning and keeping my 4 cars.
