| - Man, I feel sorry for this mall. While it was never thriving, I remember when the stores were actually open on a Sunday. I walked into the mall on a Sunday at around 3 pm and it was a complete ghost town.
While they've renovated slightly since 2000, (at least on the outside), and added a Dollarama, Wal-mart and some stores on the outside, the actual mall in itself is so desolate, it's just depressing. Yes, there's a Goodlife there too and one bar, but it just feels so sad. What's even worse is that the the name of Catholic school (which I forget at this time) next to it, moved all the way to Burnhamthorpe and Ninth Line (practically Oakville).
So why come here: Only if you live in the area, in the library next to it and need to pick up something from No Frills, Wal-mart, or Dollarama. Those are the only reasons.
One slight benefit though: I find the selection of Asian food better at this No Frills and Wal-mart than the ones in Oakville.
There's really not much else to say...not a destination mall or anything.
